​How Do I Place An Order?​

Currently we are unable to take orders using this website. This is mostly an online portfolio of the items we have to offer for markets and where we will be selling. If you'd like to make an online order, please message us on Facebook or drop us an email. We'll kind of work like Argos, give us a list of all your items and we'll do the rest for you, aside payment! Sorry this isn't the fastest way to do it, but it's the best we have, we try to keep it as efficient as possible, so please follow this easy guide for making an order.

1. Write down what items you want! You can either write it down in a document or on a piece of paper, or just add your items to cart on here, this will have all the variations and quantities, so it's the easiest way to do it. The less questions we have to ask to get your order ready, the faster it will be!

2. Email or Facebook message us your list, make sure to include variations and quantities! You can do this by taking a screenshot of your cart, you don't even need to save it if you order using Facebook, just paste it into the chat, but be aware we can see all your tabs if you do it this way. Or just "Can I have a red nuka cola keychain please? I'm from the USA", that works fine too, you don't need to be formal but manners are appreciated. Let us know what kind of shipping you want and the country you're from, too! Links can be found at the bottom of the page in the blue/green bar and shipping information is in the next section. Alternatively, you can use the Contact form. 

3. We'll double check your order and check everything is in stock (We're human, we make errors!), give you the total and your shipping costs, along with a handy dandy PayPal.me link, where you just sign into PayPal and voila! Payment complete! Please double check what you're being charged before entering your details!

4. Sit back and relax, while we run around getting your order shipped to you as quick as we can.

5. (Optional) Let us know when your order has arrived! It gives us peace of mind. If it doesn't arrive with in 60 days of ordering, please refer to the Lost in the Mail section (At the bottom).



 

Payment & Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. As we are based in the UK, expect shipping to countries outside of the UK to be a bit more pricey. We weigh you order to give you the cheapest possible P&P charge possible.

 

UK Customers

You have four choices for shipping.

-First Class (1-3 working days)

-Second Class (3-5 working days)

-First Class Signed For (1-3 Working Days)

-Second Class Signed For (3-5 Working Days)

International Customers

Only two options for shipping.

-International Standard (Within 10 Working Days)

-International Economy (Within 3 Months, we only suggest this when you're in no rush and low on funds, but ordering cannot wait!)

Royal Mail stops offering Standard postage after a certain weight, and only offers Signed For/Tracked. If you are ordering a large amount of items and removing one item halves the postage, this is why. We understand the pain of really wanting something, but that P&P totally puts you off! Give us an email so we can get an exact weight of your order and get it sent to you for as cheap as possible!



 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

All our orders are taken through PayPal, one of the most secure online payment methods. Worry not, you are in safe hands! You will only be charged for your order and shipping, no hidden tax or transaction fees. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one for free.



 

Returns & Refunds

If you would like a refund or to return an item, we are sorry you've had this experience! Unfortunately, we are unable to accept R&Rs of certain products, due to hygiene, unless there is obvious damage caused by postage. For a list of these products, please see below. If your item is not on this list, then you may be able to get an R&R. First off, send us an email or Facebook message! Explain why you're unhappy with the product (Feedback makes us better!) and if there is damage, please include pictures. Once we've discussed the issue, simply buy postage and send to the return address and once I've received the item, I'll send a refund your way! Unfortunately, we will not refund P&P charges, unless the item was damaged or lost in the mail. Once youve had the item for 3 weeks, we cannot refund you or accept returns. Returns sent to us without contacting us first will be denied.

Items that are not covered by "I changed my mind, I don't want this":

-Earrings

-Hair bows

-Glasses

 

Lost in the Mail

It happens, we can't help it, but it happens. Thankfully, we collect a handy little thing called Proof of Postage and that means you can get a FULL refund! Only problem is, you have to wait up to 2 months before we can do anything. We understand ordering online can be frustrating when your order doesn't come, but this is not our policy, it's Royal Mail's. If it's been 2 months (on all delivery, except International Economy), then please contact us! We won't be able to refund you until our claim has gone through, but we will keep you updated until everything is finished, or not, it's up to you whether you want every step or just the last!
